Cancellation & Returns
We strive to ensure your spiritual remedies are delivered securely and offer robust policies if issues arise.
1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the items have not been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Since rudrakshas, yantras, and gemstone items undergo specialized Vedic energization processes tailored to your astrological chart, cancellations are not permitted once the consecration rituals commence.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@bhavishyadarshan.com with your Order number.
2. Returns Policy (7-Day Window)
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, clean, and in the exact condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, complete with laboratory verification tags and authentication certificates.
- Accompanied by the purchase invoice receipt.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, chipped, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic or unboxing video evidence of the item and its lab certificate tags to process an immediate replacement or store refund.
4. Refund Approvals
Once your return is received and inspected by our gemologists, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
