1. Dispatch Timelines
Standard items are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. For products undergoing specialized astrological consecration (Prana-Pratishtha) or custom gemstone ring/pendant mounting, dispatch may take 3-4 business days. You will receive an SMS and email notification containing tracking details once the package leaves our warehouse.
2. Domestic Delivery Timelines (India)
We partner with premier courier networks including Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and Speed Post. Transit durations are generally:
- Metro Cities: 2-3 business days.
- Rest of India: 4-5 business days.
- Remote Areas & NE States: 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping across India for all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applied at checkout. International shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on weight and country destination.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking links remain active. You can track your package transit stages directly via our online order tracking system using your Order number and email address on the Track Order page.
